High Applying Flying Planes is being prepared for 2012 and further.

The goal of High Applying Flying Planes, is science, creation, mobility, cooperation for DPR Buffer Zone and Space Zones research.
This research has to lead to zones of WSA with AIVC in sSOS, to protect neutrality, and its rationality.
The flying zones or ground area/zones are known as buffer zones in selective map – effectiveness reach.
To reach for consensus in HAFP 101 for WSA, WSA will be developed further for internal and external progress on research. 

And new-era of plane creation and security mapping will give birth to hypermodern space age and buffer/space security of WSA.
